I just realised that I don't have a points guide anymore!
Does anyone know if you can buy them without going to the meetings??
I really want to start counting points again, and although I know a LOT of the values off by heart, there are still some that I am unsure of......
Any of you meeting goers out there know??

Re the hunger pangs in the afternoon - I quite often have Burgen soya-linseed bread for lunch (low GI) heaps of salad filling with either slice low fat cheese or chicken breast - seems to the trick. Also remember the point free soup - good to fill you up.

I have one you can have mate... since I don't follow the WW plan - its not the most recent one but I am sure it covers all the basics. Just yell out if you want it and I can drop it off to you over the weekend or whenever.
