Weighing


I wonder how I would go if I just weighed once a month?

It would mean putting the scales away and not being ruled by them!

I like the thought of that!

If I was going to a dietician, then I would only get weighed once a month.

If I was going to a Dr I would only get weighed once a month as well.

Who says that it has to be every week?

Why not weigh on the 1st of the month, every month.

It might be an idea?

You know, if it's more positive for you in the long run, you should!!

I've been starting to get a little bit too focussed on the scales, which is a bad thing! Plus, if you weigh in once a month, you can avoid the disappointments when you fluctuate and it's better for your ego :)
