Oh My God!!!!
Only 20 more sleeps until I fly to Sydney!!!!!

YAY!!!!!
Righto - the weekend was fabulous - drank too much on Sat night, had a slight hangover Sunday, but it was GREAT!!!!!!!
Lunch on Saturday was fantastic too, as was Karen's Baby shower.
So all in all it was a wonderful weekend with good friends, good wine and good gossip!!!!
Back to reality now of course though!
House - Still got heaters and dryers going 24/7.
Today they are coming back to drill holes in the walls and insert little drying hoses into them!
Apparently it will only take a couple of days to dry out properly then!!!
ONLY a couple of days?????????????
I am soooo over it!!!
The wallpaper got taken off yesterday, and the kitchen floors were sanded back..... so once the walls are dried out properly, the carpet can be re-laid, then the wall paper rehung (or painted or whatever the hell they are gonna do) and the kitchen floors can be re-sealed too!
I just can't wait to get my house back in one piece again!
I cant spend any time at all it he lounge or dining room, so I am stuck in my bedroom most evenings watching TV - how depressing!!!
Hahahaha...
Ah well, that's life huh???

Glad the house is getting sorted. Just keep that pic of Sydney in your mind........not long now.:) What fun it will be, especially with a little girl trailing round after her Aunty & Uncle asking "what's this" and "where are the horses???" and of course wanting to try out all Aunty Stephs make up aka pretties!!!! we got flooded out about ten years ago and the insurance only went through last year to get the carpets replaced - it was crazy - so i know how u must be going out of your mind!
