Points Help???


OK - here's the deal.......
My flatmate and I started counting points today!!
YAY for us!!!
Problem being, is that it has been so long since I have done this, that I can't remember how many points we are allowed!!!

Can someone please enlighten me on the scale of points for both men and women??

Unfortunately the programme for this year has changed, and so as the points allowable and points value on some foods. Foods like corn now has a points value, eggs points value has gone up etc.. There is a quiz to work out your own personal daily points total, and based on what I know about you, your allowable points per day is 25. You would need to give me some details regarding your flatmate so I could work out theres for you. When your weight becomes 2 digits you have to adjust your points value again. Having started this so many times, it allows more points per day then it used too. Hope this helps, and you can certainly email me for more help if you like, or go to the WW website.
